Weber’s team developed the electric label printer and dispenser Legi-Air 4050B: driven by electric motors that allow high precision movements and allow the reduction of up to 80% of costs related to compressed air.
Its modular and space-saving design make it an optimal electric print & apply labeling system for industrial environments, easily integrated into packaging and production lines. It requires no daily maintenance, ensuring easy, quick and clean self-labeling. Its modular design also allows applicators to be interchanged in seconds, offering versatility and flexibility never seen before in industrial production lines.
The 4050B family consists of 3 different machines:
- Legi-Air 4050B Electric linear: the optimal solution for labeling products with variable heights moving on a conveyor belt. The electric movements of the applicator allow faster and more precise applications and an unrivaled flexibility to manage the labeling process with variable heights and being electric it allows to reduce management costs.
- Legi-Air 4050B Electric swing arm: The programmable swing arm is powered by an electric motor, capable of bringing the target to any desired angle, between 0° and 90°. It can even apply two labels to two adjacent sides of the same product – in real time. It is typically used for applications on the front/back sides of the product.
- Electric Legi-Air 4050B Belt: This fully electric wipe-on applicator allows you to apply top/side labels to moving products. Thanks to a set of belts, the label is applied to the product accurately at a fast pace, making this labeling machine ideal for high volume production.
