Label dispenser Alpha HSM
More power, higher speeds, easier operation: our label dispenser Alpha HSM offers more than just excellent performance. It applies pre-printed labels to products and packaging in high speed. High performance servomotors offer very high accuracy in automatic labeling. Depending on the system, labels with widths of 10mm to 320mm can be dispensed and label rolls with a diameter of up to 500 mm can be processed. Labeling speeds of up to 150m/min or clocking frequencies of up to 2,000 labels/min can be achieved.

High speed label printer and dispenser Legi-Air 6000
The Legi-Air 6000 is a high-performance label printer and dispenser that will rapidly and accurately label passing cartons with a speed up to 2,400 labels per hour! This system can label cardboard of different size. Indeed, after a sensor upstream has measured the height of the approaching product to label, the dispenser travels to its correct position at lightning speed. This reduces the travelling distance during labeling, whilst simultaneously also dispensing labels more accurately and up to 50 percent faster than dispensers using pneumatically driven cylinders.
Cutting edge label printer and dispenser Legi-Flex 6100
The new Legi-Flex 6100 is a high-performance label printer and dispenser that automatically recognizes products without prior alignment. It adapts to each product in width, height and rotation to identify it precisely. This makes it particularly suitable for labeling products with different shapes, especially in logistics.
Pallet labeling machine AP182
The very end of the line is surely tertiary packaging. Weber Marking Systems’ labeling solutions are not only dedicated to secondary packaging but also accompany clients and the ever-growing industry offering solutions for tertiary packaging.
The AP182 pallet labeling machine allows labeling on up to three sides. The system reaches a maximum speed of 120 pallets per hour for two-sided labeling and 90 pallets per hour for three-sided labeling.
Thanks to its protective cabinet, the AP182 is the choice of packaging lines that need to resist hostile environments and extreme temperatures.
Markoprint Integra bicolor inkjet printer PP108
Print in high resolution, up to 108 mm print in height and in up to two colors!
The Markoprint integra PP 108 uses SEIKO printing technology which is a circulating ink system. It automatically removes air from the nozzle rows to ensure durable, clean print images. The system is level-independent, which means that the ink tank can be installed above, below, or at the same height as the print head without any problems. This system achieves a remarkable speed of up to 150 meters per minute (with a high resolution of 360 dpi).
