This honour is confirmation of the company’s tireless work and commitment, which is characterised by an exceptional climate of innovation. Last Friday, the award ceremony took place as part of the German SME Summit, an event that brings together the elite of the German SME sector to celebrate those who stand out for their innovation and entrepreneurship. Ranga Yogeshwar, renowned science journalist and mentor of the competition, personally congratulated the winners.
The family business attaches great importance to a climate that promotes innovation and is characterised by openness, exchange and appreciation. “We live a culture with open doors, flat hierarchies and a high tolerance for mistakes,” says Bluhm. “Our teams work in an agile, autonomous manner and are closely connected in order to develop the best solutions for our customers.” This was also confirmed in the scientific selection process: Bluhm Systeme was particularly convincing in size category C (over 200 employees) in the “Climate of Innovation” category.
